Although we are a retained Executive Search consultancy, and therefore only work in response to the specific recruitment needs of our clients, we always welcome contact from senior executives seeking new opportunities or who would simply like to develop a further relationship with us.

MCP International carries out dedicated candidate identification research for every new assignment. A database file search for candidates and sources is one element in this process. Prospective candidate resume’s from our database are never introduced to clients without interview, evaluation and candidate consent.
