Rudy Kints entered the executive search profession after having gained international business experience with American companies in the medical and service industries.

He founded Management Consulting Partners, following Benelux appointments with increasing responsibility at MSL International, the London headquartered executive search subsidiary of the American human resources consultancy Hay Associates at the time, and subsequent association with the leading British headhunters Goddard Kay Rogers. 

Over the years he gained executive recruitment experience in a wide range of industries and management disciplines. He is used to working in cross cultural environments, with clients from all over the world and candidates from across Europe.

Of Dutch nationality, Rudy Kints has lived in Brussels since 1971.  In addition to his native Dutch he speaks fluent English and has excellent command of French and German. He and his British born wife have two daughters.
